Well you are not alone, hay fever affects 10-15% of children in the UK and approximately 49% of people in the UK report experiencing hay fever symptoms.

With the hay fever season in the UK running typically from late March to September, the spring and summer months can bring weeks and months of symptoms including sneezing, coughing, runny blocked noses, watery puffy eyes, tickly throats and that horrible itchy feeling inside your ear!
